Below are some examples of L A Rosser’s work in the social housing sector. We work for numerous Housing Associations across London and the South East, covering everything from full block refits to maintenance contracts.

Mandeville House, Clapham (Lambeth Housing Association)

We were engaged by Lambeth Housing Association to undertake the following works:

• Removed all old crittall & timber windows & frames

• Replaced with all new uPVC frames & sealed glass units

• Made good and finished

• Full block refitted (all communal & tenanted areas)

Iffley Road

Another Housing Association project; this time on a listed building social housing block involving stained glass that had to be preserved:

• Wooden & stained glass windows (on a listed building)

• Removed existing listed stained glass intact

• Reinstated same stained glass inside new hermetically sealed double glazed units

• Full compliance with listed building requirements
